OnSpot Dermatology is looking to add an experienced, full-time/part-time, front office representative who will work closely with our patients to create a medical experience like no other!

OnSpot is an innovative mobile dermatology concept that prioritizes convenience and an exceptional patient experience. Launched in Southwest Florida in January 2021, OnSpot delivers full-service dermatology care, utilizing 45-foot state of the art mobile medical vehicles. Our 4 mobile medical vehicles include elegant reception areas, multiple private exam rooms and the first mobile Mohs surgery outfit to combine a mobile Mohs lab with custom surgical suites.

The OnSpot team includes a proven dermatology start-up operations expert, a nationally recognized Mohs surgeon and an accomplished sales and marketing team with over 40 years’ experience. We have been enthusiastically received by 300 communities in Southwest Florida, Palm Beach, and the Central Florida, Orlando area.
We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, enjoys patient interaction and exhibits the following responsibilities/qualifications below:

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a smile upon their arrival to their appointment
• Check patients in & out
• Obtain and enter accurate demographic information
• Gather and input correct and accurate insurance information for each patient
• Process payments for patient co-pays, self-pay visits and purchased products
• Facilitate patient flow and identify potential delays by communicating with our patients and clinical staff
• Answer questions and offer information about our mobile medical practice
• Schedule or reschedule appointments for both new and established patients in person at our events
• Ensure our patients are receiving patient care like no other

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience in a medical office environment preferred
• Experience scheduling patients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a customer service environment
• Proficient in use of computers and software programs
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Must be detailed oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent computer and typing skills

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
